Our System
Our custom built ‘oversized’ 7bbl system allows us to brew a selection of craft beers, while keeping up with demand here in our very seasonal town of Valdez. With three 7bbl fermenters, as well as three double-sized 14bbl fermenters, we keep a steady stream of craft beer fermenting. They finish in our three Brite tanks before being transferred to either one of our five serving tanks, or kegs.
Ingredients
We use the finest quality malt, hops, and yeasts we can get, along with amazingly clean local water, locally grown fruit, roasted coffee, herbs, and seasonings to produce the best beer we know how.
Our Philosophy
As a member of the Alaskan craft brewing community, and the first craft brewery in Valdez, we pride ourselves on working with our fellow brewers to cultivate and grow our craft through refining practices, but also by experimenting and thinking outside the box.
